Bernd Upmeyer was invited to take part in a debate, moderated by Bart Lootsma, in the Montenegrin Pavilion at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale on May 29. The debate was part of a symposium entitled “Reporting from Montenegro” that presented the Project Solana Ulcinj, Montenegro’s contribution to the Biennale, for an international audience in Venice.
